Finger Labyrinths: A Path to Peace

March 18 11am-3pm

$30 members/ non members $35

with Nicole Diaz

Join Nicole as she walks you through the process of creating a finger labyrinth on canvas.

Labyrinths have been used for centuries for a variety of reasons. Unlike a maze that can be confusing or disorienting, a labyrinth is designed to soothe the mind and creates a calming, restorative effect.

In this class, you will not only create your own personal finger labyrinth, you will also learn:

  • The different types of labyrinths
  • The difference between a labyrinth and a maze
  • The symbolism in the labyrinth
  • How to use your labyrinth as a tool for stress reduction, self-discovery, healing, creative inspiration, meditation, prayer, and more!
You will leave with a unique piece of art and a restored sense of peace and calm.
No experience is necessary – just bring an open mind and a creative spirit!
